RETURNS

You can request a return for any purchased product within 14 days from the order delivery date.

To proceed, you need to fill out the appropriate return form by clicking here.

After filling out the form, an email will be sent with all the details to proceed.

The shipping costs for the returned product are borne by the customer.

To exercise the right of return, items must be shipped in their original condition, with labels, tags and warranty seal intact and with careful packaging.

Items, after our return confirmation, must be returned via courier to the following address:

The refund will be for the entire amount paid, net of shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FROM ABROAD

Return shipping costs outside Italy are borne by the customer. For orders placed outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange items, pursuant to art. 59 of legislative decree 206 06.09.2005 and subsequent amendments (so-called "Consumer Code").

E-GIFT CARD RETURN

The purchase of an E-GIFT CARD is non-refundable. Following a purchase made using the E-GIFT CARD, you can exercise the right of return for size or color change, according to the methods and timing indicated above. In case of purchase return, the E-GIFT CARD will be reactivated with a value equal to the purchase made. In case you had to pay a monetary difference, this will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay the missing amount.
