SHIPMENTS:
We ship throughout Italy and the world via GLS (Italy) and DHL (overseas) couriers.
For shipments to Extra-EU and BREXIT countries, import duties are the responsibility of the customer. In case of strikes or other unforeseen events we can ship via other couriers.
It is essential, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the address and contact information provided by the customer.
Should the courier find no one at the time of delivery, he will make a second delivery pass, after which the package will go into storage.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, in case of absence at the second delivery step, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
Deliveries are delivered Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
DELIVERY TIME:
In Italy we ship within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
Islands, underserved locations, and remote areas may require delivery within 3-5 business days.
Abroad we ship in 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
OCEAN STYLE SRL is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure. No claims for delays or damage related to the goods will be accepted.
During national holidays, shipments may take longer.
OCEAN STYLE SRL reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
